The property consists of three independent apartments, opened based on guest numbers: * Apartment A: bathroom, small kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. * Apartment B: bathroom, small kitchen, bedroom with double bed. * Apartment C: bathroom, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with two bunk beds, two sofa beds, and two single beds. Includes air conditioning and ceiling fan. All units have air conditioning and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The house also offers TV and washing machine. If you wish to book the entire villa for 16 guests, please specify this when booking. Otherwise, apartments are assigned according to group size. Private outdoor area: garden, furniture, heated pool (temperature may vary with weather; wind can affect it if the cover is lifted or left open overnight), children’s pool (not heated), open and covered terraces, barbecue, outdoor shower, and play area for kids. Free parking is available on the property and on the street. Pets allowed on request (available for an extra fee). Washing machine available for stays of 5 nights or more. Cot and high chair on request. Use of the pool table is available with a refundable deposit. No parties, events, or outside visitors allowed.
